Our experienced team is committed to providing all of our patients with the finest dental care available today. This includes the latest technology in sterilization equipment, digital x-rays and dental software in the industry.
We value our patient’s time. In order to make your first visit with us more efficient all our forms are available on-line. If possible, please take a moment to download the forms and fill them out before your first appointment.
Payment Methods
We are dedicated to making top quality dental care as affordable as possible. To assist you with your healthcare investment, we provide convenient payment options:
1. Cash-including money orders and personal checks.
2. Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Financing and Insurance Plans
1. Care Credit – the financing plan we offer as a separate line of credit to cover all your dental needs. You may apply for Care Credit in our office or in the privacy of your home. The decision takes just takes a few minutes and many plans are interest- and fee-free
2. We accept most insurance plans and are in-network for Delta Dental and Blue Cross/Blue Shield
3. We offer the Citi Health Card – ask our office staff for details
Scheduling an Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Please call us at 508-879-8180 to schedule an appointment. We are also happy to answer any questions, or discuss any concerns you may have.
When we schedule your appointment we consider the type of treatment you are having to allocate the amount of time needed. Therefore, If you fail to keep your appointment without notice, the consequences are significant production loss and added expenses to our office. Therefore, we kindly request that if you must cancel an appointment, you give at least 24 hours notice or it may be necessary to charge a $75.00 fee.
24-Hour Emergency Dental Care
Our patient’s health and comfort are extremely important to us. In case you are in need of emergency care after office hours, one of our dentists will be available 24/7.
